I am an experienced, licensed therapist.
I have been counseling clients since 1998 and opened my Chicago private practice in 2001, moving to Oak Park a year later. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked as an outpatient therapist at Leyden Family Service & Mental Health Center, and Jewish Family & Children Services.
In addition to practicing therapy, I provide business coaching services to small business owners. I also work with individuals who either want to move ahead in their careers or those who would like a career change. This service is not covered by insurance and it has a separate fee structure.
Formal Training
I hold a Masters Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago where I was trained as a therapist. I received my coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest and most well-respected providers of coach training in the world. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the Oak Park-River Forest Chamber of Commerce, and the International Coach Federation.

My office is located in Oak Park, Illinois, just 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. It is easily accessible via “L”, Metra or car. A five-minute walk is all it takes to get to my office from the mass transit stations or parking garage.
